Stylevan introduces the Melbourne, a pop-top van now built on the Ford Tourneo V710 chassis, featuring two distinct variants: the Melbourne 2 and the Melbourne 4. The Melbourne 2, a basic version, has no rear seats and offers a pop-top roof as an option, while the Melbourne 4 accommodates up to four sleeping spaces and four child seats, making it more suitable for families or groups.
Both models are equipped with two side doors and are designed in the L2H1 format. The kitchen and storage unit is already installed on the left side (passenger side), including a refrigerator near the entrance. The lower bed measures 196 x 123 cm, featuring a foldable aluminum slatted base. The optional upper sleeping area for the Melbourne 2 measures 205 x 128 cm.
Stylevan has opted to maintain a pop-top roof to enhance interior space, although the high bed is not standard in all configurations. This allows the van to be suitable for couples with a foldable permanent bed, providing more interior volume when the bed is not deployed.
The base price for the Melbourne 2 starts at €60,990, while the Melbourne 4 version begins at €64,990. Options are available, including heating, additional storage, and an upgrade to an automatic gearbox, which can go up to €67,090 depending on the chosen configuration. The Custom pack, which includes several improvements, is also offered.
Optional features include pre-equipment for solar panels, an auxiliary battery, and various customization options, reflecting the trends of nomadic living.
