Solo Stove has announced the European release of the Windchill A/C and Misting Cool Box. This innovative cooler not only keeps food and drinks cold but also features a personal cooling and misting system intended for outdoor use, especially beneficial for campers.

The Windchill A/C and Misting Cool Box is designed to provide localized cooling for users, making it suitable for placement next to a camping chair or picnic table on hot days. This product aims to enhance the camping experience by combining the functions of a traditional cooler with an element of personal cooling, although it does not replace the need for a full air conditioning system in tents or caravans.

Currently, independent assessments of cooling power, battery life, and camping efficiency have not yet been made available. Solo Stove emphasizes that the Windchill differs from standard coolers by offering a unique airflow and misting system to cool the immediate environment, bringing comfort to users during outdoor activities.

The cooler will come in two sizes for the European market: a larger 45-liter version and a smaller 28-liter version, referred to as Windchill 47 and Windchill 30. The larger model is expected to be available first in Europe, while the introduction of the smaller size is planned for later this summer.

Specific retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium where the cooler will be widely available have not yet been confirmed.
