AEONrv has unveiled its 2026 RV lineup, showcasing the new extended-wheelbase AEONrv EXT. This model is designed to enhance passenger capacity, cargo space, and off-grid functionality, and will make its public debut at the Overland Expo Pacific Northwest scheduled for June 26-28, 2026.

The announcement was made from AEONrv's headquarters in Reno, Nevada, on June 24, as the company celebrates five years in operation, now with over 140 vehicles in use.

The new lineup features a redesign in both construction and energy systems, showcasing a fully insulated fiberglass composite cabin with an insulation rating of R-15, eliminating wood in favor of recycled plastic bottles for improved weight management and durability.

AEONrv maintains an all-electric approach by removing propane systems and generators, opting instead for Victron NG lithium battery technology, Orion XS charging systems, and rooftop solar arrays. The standard AEONrv model is equipped with up to 800 watts of solar power and a 5.12 kWh battery, expandable to 15.36 kWh, while the AEONrv EXT comes with 1,200 watts of rooftop solar and a 10.24 kWh battery.

The extended model increases towing capacity from 3,500 pounds to 5,000 pounds, expands fresh water storage from 59 gallons to 70 gallons, and increases gray water storage from 25 gallons to 35 gallons. The AEONrv EXT measures 18 inches longer than the standard model and can sleep up to four people, making it ideal for families and larger groups.

Pricing for the standard AEONrv starts at $229,500, while the EXT model is available from $239,500. Both models can be ordered now, although production capacity for the EXT will be limited.

The introduction of such high-capacity, all-electric adventure vehicles aligns with growing consumer trends towards extended stays in remote areas, prompting potential changes in campground infrastructure to better accommodate self-sufficient travelers.
